BSPM Consulting advises on buildings and manages work to them. Clients deal directly with the surveyor responsible for their instruction — from first inspection through to the completion of works.
Our approach
Understand the building first.
Most problems in property come down to how a building was constructed, how it has been maintained and how it is being used. We start there. Inspection is careful, evidence is recorded, and conclusions are set out with the reasoning behind them so you can challenge or act on them.
That technical grounding carries through into delivery. Where works are needed we can define the scope, help procure them and manage them on site — so the intent of the survey is not lost between diagnosis and completion.
We work across commercial property, education and healthcare estates and wider portfolios, with residential instructions taken where they suit our expertise. Specialist new-build snagging is handled by our SnagMate brand.
BSPM stands for Building Surveying Project Management — the two disciplines the practice is built on.

Cameron Kang — Building Surveyor
Cameron Kang is a Building Surveyor and project delivery professional with experience across healthcare, education, residential, commercial and public-sector estates. His background combines building condition assessment, defect diagnosis and asset surveying with the oversight and delivery of refurbishment and improvement works across occupied and operational environments.
