BSPM Consulting is an independent building surveying and project management consultancy operating in the United Kingdom. For any question about this policy or the information we hold, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

We only collect the information you choose to send us. If you use the enquiry form, that is your name, organisation (optional), email address, telephone number (optional), the service you are enquiring about, the property or site location, your project description and your consent to be contacted. We also record the date and time of the enquiry.

If you contact us by telephone or email instead, we hold whatever you provide in that correspondence.

Enquiry information is used to respond to you, to assess whether we can help, to prepare a fee proposal and to deliver the work if you instruct us. We rely on your consent for the enquiry itself, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence and, where you become a client, on the performance of our agreement with you.

We do not use enquiry details for marketing lists or automated decision-making.

Enquiries are stored securely and are accessible only to BSPM Consulting. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information may be handled by the service providers that host this website and our email, acting on our instructions, and may be disclosed where we are required to do so by law.

Enquiries that do not lead to an instruction are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Where we are instructed, project records and related correspondence are kept for up to six years after the work is completed, so that we can deal with any questions or claims about our advice. Anything we no longer need is deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Just get in touch and we will deal with your request, normally within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Only the technical storage needed to serve the pages is used.
